Phaethon quality was created to offer you comfort, a sense of luxury, ease of use and durability. We succeeded in being able to wash and iron FAETHON quality very easily (easy care). Keep the colors vibrant and the fabric get better with the wash. For its manufacture we have used the best quality cotton to produce the combed compact yarn required. The weaving was done on the latest technology Air-Jet tools to ensure the uniformity of the weaving and minimize defects. Finishing of the fabric such as dyeing or printing, mercerizing and Sanfor treatment ensured the excellent quality of FAETHOS. The sewing of the final product done in our facilities, the perfect stitching (4 stitches per centimeter) and the packaging ensure the full quality control of FAETHOS.

• Fabric products such as pillows and curtains are washed according to the washing instructions on the label. Follow the instructions for water temperature and wash cycle.
  
• Wood products, such as furniture, are cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents that can cause damage. Glass or crystal products such as glasses and lamps are cleaned with a soft cloth and a solution of mild detergent and water. Wipe thoroughly to avoid residue.

All returns must be made within 20 days of the date of your notification of receipt of the product.

The option to receive a store may add up to 7 business days to the estimated shipping time as the products are shipped to the stores from our central warehouse. When a product is not readily available, it has a monogram or a special order, it is given to the factory, a process that may take 5-15 days.
