How do I return an item?
First, you must contact the customer service department or send a relevant email, in which the products to be returned or exchanged will be detailed, as well as the reason for the return. Please note that a product can be returned or exchanged as long as the inner tags are intact and the product itself has not been used (washed/ironed). In the event that you wish to receive a refund, this can only be done through the company and not in a physical store. Once the product has been returned you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return is considered valid and you will receive your money back in the following ways:
Instant refund to your account if you made your purchase with online payment. The process takes 2-3 days, however it can take up to 20 days in case of transaction outside Greece. In the event that the transaction was carried out by cash on delivery, the customer can receive back the value of the products by emailing the IBAN of a bank account, after first having returned the product together with the relevant proof of purchase. In all cases in which other than the sold items are delivered, by type or quantity, or a quality that has previously been agreed upon in writing with the COMPANY is missing, the customer returns the products to be checked and the error determined. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the COMPANY as well as the costs of re-promotion to the customer are borne by the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, as long as this is confirmed by the Company, the following shall apply:
- The selling company is responsible for actual defects and lack of agreed properties that exist upon delivery of the products in accordance with article 5 of Law 2251/1994 and articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
- The maximum warranty period is 2 years.
- The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. If it is a defect that was discovered later after delivery and the packaging is not there, or also if the product packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered, product packaging is not required.
- The return of the products will be carried out either by the COMPANY's staff and means of transport or by courier, or at one of the stores maintained by the COMPANY with the trademark "ANEMOS" nationwide. In the case of returns via courier, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs to the COMPANY and the COMPANY is responsible for the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.
- After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then he is contacted to inform him about the results of the check.
- As soon as the defect is established, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and the COMPANY cannot find another product of equivalent or better characteristics or equivalent value for the replacement . In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the COMPANY.
- In particular, in the case of a charge via credit card, the COMPANY will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer without any further responsibility of the COMPANY . Following this information, the COMPANY does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the "pick up from the store" option, it will be done by returning his money to him from any store in the COMPANY's network. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the COMPANY's accounts to the customer.
- In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the COMPANY has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of its claim against the customer's.
Return of non-defective products - Customer's right of withdrawal without reason
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery (in the case of products) and in fact when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the last one and when there is an obligation to deliver products regularly intervals from the delivery of the first.
