How is my order shipped?

 

You can receive it at the address of your choice via Courier. In one of the ANEMOS stores that you will find on the relevant list during your payment.

 

What shipping costs do I have to pay?

 

For deliveries to stores, the service is free. Single shipping costs are:

In special cases* of orders, shipping costs are determined after consultation with the customer.

*Large orders with volume and weight exceeding the transport service limit.

 

Are shipments made to countries outside of Greece?

 

ANEMOS also carries out shipments outside of Greece, but with higher shipping costs. More specifically, once the consumer completes his order, he contacts customer service, so that depending on the weight of his order, shipping costs can be calculated accordingly. As long as the customer agrees with the final amount (including the amount of shipping costs), the order is completed.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

Delivery times are subject to product availability. In many cases the products are made exclusively for you to order.

In this case, the manufacturing process is calculated in approximately 5 working days. In-store and Courier shipments take between 2 and 7 working days*.

* 1-2 extra days for deliveries to the islands or for collection from stores outside Attica.
