• Fabric products such as pillows and curtains are washed according to the washing instructions on the label. Follow the instructions for water temperature and wash cycle.

Glass or crystal products such as glasses and lamps are cleaned with a soft cloth and a solution of mild detergent and water. Wipe thoroughly to avoid residue.

All returns must be made within 20 days of the date of your notification of receipt of the product.

The option to receive a store may add up to 7 business days to the estimated shipping time as the products are shipped to the stores from our central warehouse. When a product is not readily available, it has a monogram or a special order, it is given to the factory, a process that may take 5-15 days.
